Refund Policy

At Standard Digitals, we are committed to providing exceptional digital marketing services to our clients. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, if you are not entirely happy with our services, we have outlined our refund policy to address your concerns. This policy describes the conditions under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Non-Delivery: If Standard Digitals fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified time frame, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Service Deficiencies: If there are significant deficiencies in the services provided, which cannot be resolved through revisions or additional work.
  • Mutual Agreement: If both Standard Digitals and the client agree that a refund is the best course of action due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided if you change your mind after the service has commenced or has been delivered.
  • Partial Services: If a portion of the service has been completed and delivered, a full refund will not be provided. Partial refunds may be considered based on the work completed.
  • Client Delays: If delays are caused by the client, such as failure to provide necessary information, materials, or approvals, refunds will not be issued.

Refund Request Process

Request Submission: To request a refund, you must submit a written request to our customer service team at support@standarddigitals.com within 30 days of the service delivery date. The request should include your name, contact information, invoice number, and a detailed explanation of the reasons for the refund request.

Review Process: Upon receiving your refund request, our team will review it within 7 business days. We may contact you for additional information or clarification during this period.

Decision Notification: After reviewing your request, we will notify you of our decision via email. If your refund is approved, we will process it within 14 business days.

Partial Refunds

In cases where a full refund is not applicable, we may offer a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed and delivered. The amount of the partial refund will be determined at the discretion of Standard Digitals.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel our services, please notify us in writing at support@standarddigitals.com . Cancellation requests must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled start date of the service. If the cancellation request is made within this period, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the work already completed.
