SEO Onboarding — Let's Get Started

Now that we're working together, here's everything we need to actually begin the work. Fill in what you can below — anything you're not sure about, just leave blank and we'll figure it out together.

1. Your BusinessThe basics — so we know exactly who and what we're working with.

Best person for us to contact (name, phone/WhatsApp, email)

2. Access We'll NeedWe can't track results or make changes without these. If you don't have something set up yet, don't worry — we'll set it up for you.

Google Analytics access (add us as a user, or let us know if it's not set up)

Google Search Console access

Google Tag Manager access (if you use it for tracking)

Google Business Profile access (if you have a physical shop/office)

Google Ads / Meta Ads Manager access (only if you already run paid ads)

Website login (admin access, or create a user for us)

Hosting login (provider name, username & password — or create one for us if you don't have it)

Domain login (where it's registered, username & password — needed if DNS changes are required)

Business email login (e.g. Google Workspace, cPanel email — needed only if email/DNS changes are required)

Phone number used for OTP/verification codes (whoever can share the code when we log in to any of the above)

3. Competitors & KeywordsThis shapes our strategy — what to target, and what to beat.

Do you use a booking/appointment system? (Calendly, OpenTable, in-house system, etc. — share the link)

Do you sell online? (platform used, e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, and payment gateway)

How do people currently enquire or get in touch? (form, WhatsApp, phone, live chat)

Do you have a mobile app? (link to App Store/Play Store if yes)

Email marketing tool, if you use one (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc. — access or subscriber count)

Is your business in a regulated industry? (healthcare, finance, legal, etc. — some content needs extra care/approval in these)

7. Trust & Social ProofReal proof — reviews, results, credentials — is what turns visitors into customers, and it's often missing from a website entirely.

Certifications, licenses, awards, or press mentions

Team members you'd like featured (names, roles, short bios/photos)

Common questions customers ask before buying/booking (useful for an FAQ section)
